Supervise after Sales calling Managing Sales Staff Review job performance of all sales managers(weekly) Holding Sales meetings. (daily, monthly) Conducting Sales training for improving sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge. Assist sales managers in the selling process whenever needed and motivate them for achieving the target.
